is Generic 4 Ply Raglans for Beginners by Alles

You can apply this to many different kinds of knits. It is a good way to use up
some of that thin yarn that you didn't know what to do with. This is such a easy
technique, and capable of producing a very rewarding appearance that causes
people to ask how you did it. You can use this technique on any machine.
