Kiki
I let a little girl in
my heart and kept her warm.
For 15 years I gave her love
and sheltered her from harm.
She loved me and I loved her.
We were a loving pair.
Her eyes were big and black as pearls.
Her coat was a soft, white hair.
Now all I have are a few locks.
And, memories left to me.
But they can't fill the hole in my heart,
When I lost my Kiki.
